Why I Created Elite Planner

I’m Paul Yokabitus and I grew my estate planning law firm from $0 to $5M+ in 5 years and learned a lot of lessons and gained a lot of scars along the way.

• We created a thriving premium estate planning and probate firm.
• Сreated a separately branded low-cost offer estate planning firm for people who were priced out of the primary firm.
• Opened four (4) offices.
• Have done widespread branding campaigns; have created a mass tort division for our probate team.
• Have scaled through warm and cold marketing channels.
• Have opened adjacent businesses like an RIA (financial planning firm), a Tax Planning firm, and soon a Trustee Services firm.

I’m sick of seeing all of the wannabes and grifters selling “coaching” services for estate planning law firms owners and overcharging and underdelivering. So, I decided to create this private group to share all of these lessons in an open format. No coaching, no bullshit, just support and tactics for the business side of estate planning. What this is: a peer advisory group, moderated by me, dedicated to helping new and experienced estate planning law firm owners with sales, intake, marketing, operations, hiring, scaling, and all the other “business” aspects of running your law firm. I’ll share the lessons so you avoid the scars. We’ll eventually add weekly or monthly group calls as well. And there won’t be a monthly fee or pay wall.
